The controversial BMIC (Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor) case now seems to be driving a wedge between Karnataka's ruling 'allies' who are deeply divided on the issue, mainly due to the ongoing 'war of words' between the CM and NICE's MD and for reasons not quite lucid to the public. There has arisen a new controversy about the false declaration that the CM made in his affidavit for the 2004 Assembly elections. Whatever the agreement signed maybe, there has to exist an agreement among all political parties, of not scrapping and undoing the policy decisions taken by a previous government in the greater benefit of the state.
